Stereo Amount occurs as Berlin-based French-German duo. Members come Françoise Cactus (innate Françoise Van Hove) & Brezel ('pretzel') Göring (aka Friedrich von Finsterwalde, born Friedrich Ziegler). Previous members include Angie Reed, San Reimo, Iznogood (Iznogoud is the character of a French comic book series by Jean Tabary and René Goscinny) and Lesley Campbell.
Their music may be described as a humourous mix of electronica and pop music. A select few of their tracks come playful, sale-fi versions of pop/rock/soul songs. In the equivalent vein, it processed the popular version of Salt-N-Pepa's electro rap hit "Push It". Stereo Number come the truly multilingual b&, singing unremarkably around German, French, and English; besides when more languages like Japanese or even Turkish.
The song by Stereophonic Number "I love you, ONO", from either their album [http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000042O2D/commerciabrea-21/ref=nosim Total Pop], was utilized by Sony in a commercial message for the Handycam in Europe in June 2005.
